Refund policy

At Nubian Wigs, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver premium-quality wigs and ponytails. Due to the nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, we do not offer refunds. However, we do allow exchanges under specific conditions outlined below.

 

1. No Refunds

Please note that we do not accept refunds. Exchanges are the only option available.

 

2. Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging.
  • You must notify us of any issues within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Exchanges are only accepted if:
    • You received the wrong item, or
    • The product is defective.

 

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept exchanges for products that have been:

  • Worn or tried on
  • Cut, dyed, styled, or altered in any way
  • Removed from original packaging in a way that affects resale

 

4. Process for Exchanges

  • Email us at info@nubianwigs.co.za with your order number and photos of the item.
  • If approved, you must return the product within 7 days.
  • Once inspected, we will send you the correct or replacement item.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless it was our mistake).

 

5. Sale Items

All items marked Sale or Clearance are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
