- Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery within South Africa takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
- Outlying areas may take a little longer.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

4. International Shipping
- At this time, Nubian Wigs ships only within South Africa.
5. Delivery Issues
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, strikes, or natural events.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
- If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@nubianwigs.co.za with your order number.
- We will work with the courier company to resolve the issue.
